These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Tailor Merchant Services, including but not limited to credit card processing, installation and support of point-of-sale (POS) systems, and delivery of tailored payment solutions for businesses. By accessing our website or signing up for any of our merchant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

Tailor Merchant Services provides a range of financial technology and merchant support services to businesses across the United States. Our offerings include:

  • Credit and debit card transaction processing

  • Point-of-sale (POS) systems and equipment setup

  • Online and mobile payment gateway integration

  • Merchant account setup and consultation

  • Technical support and service management

These services are designed for business use only. We do not offer services to individual consumers or for non-commercial purposes.

Eligibility and Registration

To access our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Own or represent a registered business operating in the United States

  • Provide accurate and complete business and identification information

  • Agree to all payment terms and policies stated in this agreement

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Availability

  • We strive to provide continuous and reliable access to our services. However, there may be occasional downtimes due to maintenance, system upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice

    • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

    • Deny service to businesses that do not meet our risk or compliance standards

Merchant Responsibilities

As a client using our credit card processing services or any other merchant solutions, you agree to:

  • Operate in full compliance with applicable state, federal, and industry regulations

  • Keep all business, banking, and contact details up to date

  • Maintain PCI compliance when handling cardholder data

  • Promptly report suspicious or unauthorized account activity

  • Adhere to all contract terms, including usage limits and equipment responsibilities

Failure to comply may result in service suspension, financial penalties, or account termination.

Payment Terms and Fees

Our services are billed either on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) or per transaction, depending on your merchant agreement. All fees are outlined in your customized service proposal or contract and may include:

  • Transaction processing fees
  • POS hardware or software licensing costs
  • Monthly service or gateway fees
  • Equipment maintenance or replacement charges
  • Early termination or cancellation fees (if applicable)

You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in your designated account to cover charges. Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

Termination of Services

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any early termination terms in your contract. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach any part of these Terms

  • Your account is inactive for an extended period

  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected

Termination does not absolve you from payment obligations or the return of equipment.
